If you're planning on doing some holiday shopping this year, we highly recommend placing an order as soon as possible. Due to the ongoing pandemic and the usual surge in shipments towards the end of year, shipping delays will be very common.
Neither we nor Japan Post can guarantee a delivery time. As such, please be aware of the possibility that a shipment can be severely delayed and may not reach you in time for the holidays. Compensation for delayed shipments cannot be offered, regardless of which shipping method was selected.
