What if I placed an order that can't ship anymore?
Due to our current order volume, we will not be able to reach out and instead will hold affected orders until they are able to be shipped with their selected shipping method.
If you have placed an order that can no longer ship, please do reach out to our support team if you would like to know about alternative shipping options. Alternatives may include seamail shipping through Japan Post or private couriers. Please note, however, that private couriers like FedEx are significantly more expensive and are subject to high import fees.
How long until these suspensions are over?
We have no way to predict when these suspensions will be lifted, but will ship orders out as soon as this happens.
