Update April 23: The US is now affected by shipping restrictions effective April 24th. This means only seamail shipments can now be sent to the US.
Packages already in transit WILL NOT be returned to us at this time. JP Post has advised that they will attempt to finalize the deliveries of these packages, but that this could take months. They have also warned that packages may need to be returned should deliveries not be possible.
Due to these conditions, packages already in transit cannot be pulled back and cancellations for orders in transit are not possible.

JP Post has informed us that shipments to the United States will be experiencing significant delays during export of packages. Please refer to the provided information below:
"As we have announced previously, the novel coronavirus pandemic has caused a global reduction of flights. Accordingly, acceptance of international mail items to some countries/territories is temporarily suspended and considerable delivery delays are expected for outbound mail items to other countries/territories.
Although mail items are currently being accepted, it is being expected to take more than two weeks to load the items that have already been accepted on airplanes to that country due to the significant reduction and suspension of flights.
Therefore, we are trying our best to dispatch promptly as many postal items as possible to the United States, cooperating with airline companies and the postal operator in that country.
We sincerely apologize that delivery will take more time than usual. It would be appreciated if you would kindly understand this situation in advance."
