If your order has been shipped and the last update shows “dispatch from outward office of exchange” with a location in Japan, this means your order has now left Japan and is likely awaiting import at the destination country.
Unfortunately, many postal services are dealing with long delays to process inbound shipments so it may take a while for the tracking to show any new updates. We have seen delays upwards of one month after this tracking update, but JP Post has informed us they cannot assist with speeding up the import process.
Please hold off on contacting us for a shipping update unless the order has been stuck at this point for over a month and was shipped with Express (tracking starts with EN) or Regular (tracking starts with RX) shipping. We appreciate your understanding!
