When do I have to pay for my pre-order?

Pre-orders are required to be paid in full when you place them. Unfortunately, we are not able accept delayed or partial payments at this time. 

When will my pre-order ship?

PLEASE NOTE: if your order is an in-stock item with a pre-order item, your order will be shipped only once all items have become available. 

Generally, we are able to ship pre-orders within 2-3 business delays, although delays are possible. Please check our article about pre-order shipping times. 

Release dates can be subject to change. The dates on the product pages will usually be up-to-date, however delayed adjustments are possible. Please check the manufacturers website for the most up-to-date information.

I already paid for shipping – why are you asking me to pay for more shipping?

Shipping weights and sizes are based on estimates provided by the manufacturer prior to release. There is a chance that this information will be incorrect and that the figure will be larger/heavier than anticipated. If this happens, we will contact you for the remaining payment needed to cover the shipping cost. 

Do I get the pre-order bonus that comes with the item?

Some pre-order items may be announced with pre-order bonuses. Information about these bonuses or their quantity are based on estimates provided by manufacturer and might differ from the initial information. In cases where pre-order bonuses are not mentioned in the English product title, they will be provided on a first-come, first-served basis as long as stock is available and are never guaranteed. 

Tentative Pre-Orders

What is a tentative pre-order?

While not especially common, this kind of pre-order means we may or may not be able to secure pre-order stock depending on manufacturer's final stock level. This is because the manufacturer has decided to produce the item in limited quantities, so confirmation of availability won't be announced by the manufacturer until a later time. 

I already paid for my tentative pre-order – does this mean my stock is secured?

Since the final stock level is entirely dependent on the manufacturer's end, we can't provide any influence or insight as to how much stock will be available; therefore, we can never guarantee stock for your pre-order. 

Even though you can purchase a tentative pre-order, this is in no way a guarantee that your pre-order has been secured. Should we not be able to secure the necessary stock to fill your order, we will refund your order in full. 

When will we find out if you have the stock for our orders?

This will ultimately be up to the manufacturer, but generally manufacturers will inform suppliers close to the release date of the item. This can change between manufacturers and releases, but please note that we will inform you should your order be affected. 

Is there any way to guarantee my tentative pre-order item?

Unfortunately, no. Please understand that even we are not able to guarantee how much stock we will be able to receive as this will depend entirely on the manufacturer. 

We will do our best to secure enough stock for all of our orders, but it may simply not be possible depending on how the release is handled by the manufacturer.
