Are all the original parts included?

Please note that any pre-order or initial release bonuses are usually not included. If available, we will offer them on a first-come-first-serve basis and a missing pre-order bonus item can't be accepted as a cancellation reason. 

All pre-owned items come complete with accessories and in box. (Unless otherwise noted). Pre-owned CDs are not guaranteed to include obi/spinecards, but we will always try our best to include them. A missing obi/spinecard can't be accepted as a reason for cancellation. Additionally, any packaging accessory (such as a tag or plastic shield) is not guaranteed and will not be accepted as a reason for cancellation. 

DLC codes included with games are not guaranteed to be valid.
