When do I get my points?

Once your order has been placed, the points you earn for the purchase will be in pending status. Points will go from pending to available (for use) one week after your order has shipped. 

If you order has not yet shipped, or if it has not yet been a week since your order shipped, we are unable to modify the points from their pending status. We apologize for the inconvenience!
