You can request a partial or full cancellation from your order history found under “My Account.” Select the "Cancel Order" button on the order from which the item(s) you wish to cancel belongs to, then select which item(s) you would like to cancel. The total amount to be refunded, minus any relevant fees, will be displayed.
To check whether your item(s) is eligible for cancellation as well as the fees associated with cancelling, please see “Can I cancel my order? (preorder item)” and “Can I cancel my order? (in-stock item)."
Every cancellation request will be reviewed by our team.
