We are able to send you photos for most items*; however, we cannot send photos until you've placed an order. Once you’ve made your purchase, please put in your order notes that you’d like photos of your item (we can't guarantee a photo request if requested AFTER the order has been placed, so please ensure you include this in the order notes). We will then take photos, send them to you and wait for you to approve them. Once you approve the photos we will ship your item.
If you’re unhappy with the condition of your item, we will issue a full refund. Please note, however, that defects in condition must be CLEARLY VISIBLE in the provided photos in order for a full refund to be approved. Cancellation requests NOT due to an item's condition will have standard cancellation fees applied. If you have ordered multiple items, only the clearly defective item can be refunded in full. All other item cancel requests will incur our standard cancellation fees.
Requesting photos will delay the processing of your order. It will take about 2-4 business days after you place your order to receive the photos. Photos will then be emailed to you for approval. Thank you for your understanding and sorry for any inconvenience.
