I ordered a brand-new blind box item, but it's been opened!

If you order a single blind box item in brand-new condition, please note that there is a high likelihood that the box will have been opened. However, the item inside will still be brand new and unopened. 

Due to the nature of blind boxes, we are not able to confirm the item inside without opening the box first. If you are strictly looking for a specific blind box item that has never been opened, please refrain from purchasing a single blind box item. Instead, you should opt for a full set since we do not need to confirm these. 

Examples of blind box items include, but are not limited to:

- Candy toys (ex. Bandai Shokugan)
- RE-MENT products
- Gashapon (Gasha/Gacha)
