Unfortunately, we are not able to guarantee any particular firmware version for our PS Vitas, nor are we able to accommodate any request for specific firmwares. We do, however, guarantee that all our PS Vitas are in working and playable condition.
Cancellations due to firmware concerns cannot be accepted once your order has been placed.
If you would like us to send photos of a PS Vita, you may request photos by writing "photos" in your order comments. If photos are requested, we will send photos of the box, manuals, cables, and the Vita itself to show you all of the items included.
