Would you like to receive your items before the holidays? Below are our recommendations on when to place your order. These are only estimates and we cannot guarantee you will receive your shipment by any certain date. Once your package leaves our warehouse, we unfortunately have no control over it.
Please place your order by the below dates if you would like to receive your order by the holidays (late December/early January).
Saver Shipping - Post Parcel Surface - (28-56 business days) - October 7th
Saver Shipping (small packages) - Small packet SAL - (10-21 business days) - November 15th
Regular Shipping - SAL - (10-21 business days) - November 15th
Regular Shipping (small packages) - E-Packet Airmail - (5-10 business days) - December 1st
Express Shipping - EMS - (2-5 business days) - December 10th
The above are just our best estimates. It's possible that you place your order before/after those dates and you receive/don't receive the package by the holidays. Orders placed after the dates above are highly unlikely to arrive by the holidays.
Solaris Japan will be closed December 31st and January 1st. We are also closed on the weekends and unable to reply to emails. January 2-4th we will be very busy catching up with emails and orders. Please be patient and allow up to 48 hours for a reply.
Shipping Delays
During the holiday season, we receive an increased amount of orders. We are working around the clock to ensure that packages are shipped as quickly as possible. However, delays can occur. Please allow an extra 1-3 business days for processing time during the holidays.
Photo Delays
We also receive a large number of photo requests during the holiday season, which will increase delays. We will work to get photos taken as soon as possible, but please allow an additional 1-2 business days for photos to be sent for an order.
Delivery Delays
Japan Post and shipping carriers around the world are also overwhelmed during the holiday season due to the massive increase in packages being shipped. The delivery times stated on our websites are estimates provided to us by the Japan Post. During the holiday season these shipping timeframes can often be longer.
Tracking Your Order
To best keep track of your package's transit, we recommend checking your local post's tracking service once the package has arrived in your country. Your tracking number will remain the same, even after arriving in your country. To find the post service used in your country, you can enter the tracking number into Track-Trace in the "Post/EMS (with USPS)" field.
