An address change request may be declined for several reasons, including a newly created account, no prior shipping history, a different destination country, or a high-value order.
In these cases, we may be unable to approve the address change due to security or policy reasons.
When your address change request is declined, you’ll receive an email with two options:

Proceed with shipping to the original address
If you’re okay with the order shipping to the original address, simply reply to the email. If we don’t hear from you within 72 hours, your order will automatically be shipped to the original address. -
Cancel and reorder
If you’d rather ship to the new address, cancel your current order within 72 hours and place a new one using the correct address.
