Due to the recent outbreak of the novel coronavirus (SARS-CoV-2/COVID-19), Japan Post has announced that service will be restricted and or suspended in 155 countries starting 12am April 2 2020. These restrictions/suspensions will remain in place until further notice.
Additionally, JP Post has announced that SAL services are suspended to ALL countries - for countries not included on this list, this means the only available shipping methods are EMS (Express 3-7 business days), ePacket (Regular 5-10 business days), and Surface/seamail (Saver 2-4 months).
Countries affect by service restrictions can ONLY receive mail via seamail. If you have placed an order and your country is affected, please reach out to us to see if we can change your shipping method to seamail.
Countries affected by service suspensions CANNOT receive any parcels at this time. Alternatives may include private couriers but please note that private couriers like FedEx are significantly more expensive and are subject to high import fees. Private courier quotes are available for orders upon request only.
We deeply apologize for the inconvenience, but we will ship out all orders affected by this service disruption as soon as we can. We generally CANNOT accept any cancellations due to JP Post's service disruption. We appreciate your understanding.
