The address associated with your account can be changed and updated on your account page.
Changing the shipping address of your account will not update the shipping address of pending orders. If you need to update the shipping address of a pending order, please submit an address change request on your account, or contact our support via support@solarisjapan.com.
Please always make sure to double check your address when placing an order. Also keep in mind an address cannot be changed after an order has been shipped. Please get in touch with your local post office in this case you need to change the delivery address of an order that already is in transit.
