You can change the shipping address on orders that have not yet shipped by submitting your new address under "Order History" on your account page.
Select the "Request Address Change" button on the order from which address you would like to change, and fill in your new address. All address change requests will be reviewed by our team, you receive an email confirmation once complete, and the new address will show on your order page.
If you have no access to your account, please email support@solarisjapan.com with your order number and new address. In this case the address update is internal only and will not reflect on your order page, however your order will ship to the updated address.
Please note that changing the shipping address of your account will not update the shipping address of existing orders.
