I just ordered before a point campaign started – can my order qualify for the campaign?

Unfortunately, no. 

Since we are not able to offer or modify points retroactively, we can't change the points for an existing order. 

If you wish to cancel your order, please note that we generally do not allow for order cancellations. If our team allows an order cancellation, please understand that our restocking fee will still apply and will be deducted from your refund.
