Orders with a total declared value over $100 will be held at our warehouse until Japan post resumes service.
Orders with a total declared value under $100 will proceed and be declared as ‘Gift’. Our shipments are marked as ‘Gift’ by default.
We can ship with FedEx, but please note we can't confirm the final cost until your order has been packed since they charge based on box size and their shipping rates fluctuate constantly.
Additionally, FedEx is subject to high import taxes which are considered your responsibility. If this is okay, you can select any shipping during checkout and include an order note like "I would like a FedEx quote for my order and understand the taxes" - once we have the final quote from FedEx, we will then send you a link to pay the remaining cost.
We have a custom friendly invoice tool which can be used to declare a lower value on the parcel, but this is not a guarantee for zero import costs. Since we ship your order directly from Japan there is chance that you will have to pay import fees in your country, and these fees are your responsibility.
Please also keep in mind that the insurance value is based on the amount shown on the invoice. Lowering the invoice amount will therefore lower the insurance value. So if your order is damaged or lost, we can only compensate for the insurance value you selected.
If you want to make adjustments to a declared invoice value of an open order, you can request this at any time as long as your order has not yet shipped.
