We're switching to U.S. dollars!

We're going to be switching from Japanese Yen (JPY) to US Dollars (USD) on June 13, 2023!

If you have an existing order placed in JPY, don't worry! Nothing changes and we will process your order as usual. 

But what else does this mean for you?

Prices

 All of our products will be priced in USD by default.

While you can turn JPY back on with the currency converter feature on our site, please note that this will be an estimate based on current exchange rates. 

Points

Our point program will remain the same — only difference is we'll be talking cents instead of yen.

So, 1 point is equal to 1 cent when you redeem points.
And for earning, our tiers will get:

 

PLATINUM: 5 points per $1 spent

GOLD: 4 points per $1 spent        

SILVER: 3 points per $1 spent       

BRONZE: 2 points per $1 spent    

NO TIER: 1 point per $1 spent      

 

Refunds

Payment refunds will be issued in the original currency received. 

For any payments made in JPY (essentially any order placed before the USD switch goes into effect), refunds will be issued in JPY. 

Payments made after the switch will be refunded in USD.

Also, please note that exchange rate differences will not be refunded both for USD and JPY payments.
