Even if you’ve placed an order before, you won’t be able to sign in if you haven’t activated your account. To find out more about this and more, please read through our troubleshooting guide for logging in to My Account!
Forgot Password
If you don’t remember your password, or would like to change it:
1. Just click “Forgot your password?”
You’ll be redirected to enter your account email. Follow the instructions sent by email to reset your password and voila!

Incorrect Email or Password
1. Check that the credentials entered are the correct ones. If you don’t remember this information or are unsure, please move onto the next step
2. Click “Forgot your password?”
3. Enter your account email and a password reset link will be emailed to you. Follow the instructions here to reset your password and log in.

No Account Found with that Email
If you’ve now come across the No Account message, it means that either your entered email address is incorrect or you did not activate an account.
1. (if you’ve placed an order before) Check your order confirmation email to confirm the email address associated with your account
2. If the email is definitely correct, it is likely that your account has not been activated. To activate your account, either:
a. click the “Create Account” button from the website header; or,
b. go back to the log in screen and click “Sign up here”
3. Fill out your information and make sure to use the email associated with your orders and you should now receive an activation email.
4. Make sure to activate your account through this link – once completed, you should be able to log in!
