Why does my brand new figure have some flaws?

Unfortunately, there is a possibility of manufacturer flaws. If your figure is a new release from within the past year and shows signs of flaws from the manufacturer, please let us know. 

If your item is not a new release from within the past year, there is a very high chance that the manufacturer will no longer offer support for any concerns regarding the condition of the figure, despite it being brand new. Possible flaws due to the age of the figure include, but are not limited to:

• Discoloration
• Dust on figure or in the box
• Plastic/paint odor
• Oxidation and rust
• Stickiness
• Paint degradation
• Paint transfer
• Brittleness
• Loss of adhesion

Please understand that if these flaws are present on a figure you have ordered, the manufacturer will not be able to replace or refund the item.
