We generally reply to all emails within 24 hours of a business day. In very rare instances, we must research something and it might take a couple days to receive a reply. If you haven't heard from us after 3 business days, feel free to send us another email. Remember to keep in mind we are on Japan Standard Time and we can only reply to e-mails Monday through Friday from 9am-5pm.
