When your order ships, you'll automatically receive your tracking number. Please always keep a close eye on your tracking. If your package reaches customs in your home country and it is not picked up within a certain time period (varies by country), then your package may get sent back to us.
If the post office tries to deliver your package and you're not home, they will usually hold it at the post office for a certain time (varies by country), and if it isn't picked up, it will be sent back to us.
Your package could also be sent back to us for various other reasons, such as rejected by customs, or an undeliverable address. The tracking information we provide to you is the only information we have. We cannot tell why your package was sent back until it is returned to us.
Once it's returned. We will contact you to see if you would like it reshipped.
We are NOT responsible for any costs related to the return or reshipping of your package.
