WARNING about FOTS Japan, Insight, Pulchra, B'full and Apricot Blossom

Unfortunately, figures produced by FOTS Japan, Insight, Pulchra, B'full and Apricot Blossom are known to be prone to breakage due to their fragility. It appears that the figures are 3D-printed, which results in brittle and easily breakable figures.

Additionally, the packaging of these figures is known to be inadequate. Because of this, there is a high chance that your figure may arrive with damage. We have previously tried adding additional padding, but this still did not guarantee success because of how fragile these figures are. Please note that we do add as much protective shipping materials to all of our items, but damage during transit is still very likely.  

Should your item be damaged upon receipt, please understand that the manufacturer will not be able to assist with refunds or replacements. Generally, the manufacturer offers to repair the item by gluing pieces back together, but shipping costs both ways are the responsibility of the buyer and repair time normally takes up to 3 months, although it can take longer. 

Unfortunately, due to the nature of these figures, we are unable to assist in cases of damage or breakage. Repairs of a broken figure are considered the responsibility of the buyer. We are truly sorry about this. Additionally, we can not send photos of any of the listed manufacturer's figures due to their fragility and the need to minimize handling.
