My item has a defect I didn't notice in the photos you sent!

If you have any concerns about the condition of your order, we highly recommend you request photos during checkout. If you do this, we will send photos prior to us shipping your order. 

If, while preparing your order, we notice there are any flaws that might be a concern, we will send photos over for your review. 

If there are any defects present in the photos we send you, we will be unable to accept the item for a return if the order is approved and shipped. 

In order to prevent this, we ask that you please inspect these photos carefully for any defects or signs of wear that are a concern for you. We will do our best to send photos of every part of the box and inside the box.

If the photos we send are not sufficient or if you see any blemishes you want more information about, please reach out so we can clarify the condition prior to shipping.
