If your order has been flagged by our system as being potentially fraudulent, we will request information to verify the authenticity of the order prior to us processing it.
We do this in order to prevent fraudulent orders, which unfortunately do happen.
If your order has been flagged by our system, we ask you to provide as much of the following as possible:
- Social media accounts: Please send us links to active social media accounts so we can confirm that provided information matches up.
- Utility bill with your address: This will help us verify your billing address.
- Selfie with ID/passport: Please submit a photo of yourself holding your ID or passport, so that we can confirm ownership. If you submit a photo of just your ID or passport, we will likely request you retake your photo. Sensitive data may be concealed - we only need to confirm the name and photo on your ID/passport.
Once your information has been confirmed/rejected, our system will permanently delete all submitted links and photos!
If you are uncomfortable with submitting any of this information, we can cancel your order for a full refund.
We are truly sorry for any inconvenience this may cause, but we appreciate your understanding in the matter.
