Unfortunately, figures produced by FOTS Japan, Insight, Pulchra, and Apricot Blossom are known to be prone to breakage due to their fragility. It appears that the figures are 3D-printed, which results in brittle and easily breakable figures.
Additionally, the packaging of these figures is known to be inadequate. Because of this, we do open these figures to check for any damage and to add additional padding, even if the item is brand new. If you do not want us to open your item, please let us know in the order notes when placing your order. The reason we add more padding is to minimize the risk of damage during transit, but there is no guarantee that this will ensure the protection of your figure and damage is still likely.
Should your item be damaged upon receipt, please understand that the manufacturer will not be able to assist with refunds or replacements. Generally, the manufacturer offers to repair the item by gluing pieces back together, but shipping costs both ways are the responsibility of the buyer and repair time normally takes up to 3 months, although it can take longer.
Unfortunately, due to the nature of these figures, we are unable to assist in cases of damage or breakage. Repairs of a broken figure are considered the responsibility of the buyer. We are truly sorry about this.
