If your order arrived damaged, you must contact our team within 7 days of the package’s arrival:
- photos are required of both the damaged item and all sides of the shipping box/container
- you must file a damage claim with your local postal carrier prior to claim compensation to properly report the damage
The shipping box is a requirement for filing a damage claim. We may ask for additional information or photos before processing a claim. Failure to provide or adhere to the above guidelines may prevent or stop a claim from being processed.
Please note you may be asked to return damaged items — our customer support team will provide instructions on how to return an item if required.
