Shipping protection will cover instances of damage, loss, or theft that occur during the package’s transit from our warehouse to your shipping address.
Damage - an item has visible damage that has occurred during shipping, such as snapped pieces or paint scuffs against the blister. The damage must be reported to the local postal carrier.
Loss - the package is confirmed lost by the shipping carrier. A missing parcel investigation must be filed.
Theft - the package has been stolen after delivery. Please note that a police report must be filed when filing a theft claim.
