Generally, tracking information can take up to 24 hours to be displayed on the carriers website. However, if you received tracking information on Friday (Japan Standard Time), it may not appear until Monday evening (Japan Standard Time). This is due to packages being packed and labels being generated on Friday evening. Japan Post will pick up these packages and scan them on the following Monday.
Once you receive your tracking number, please be patient. It will work once the package is in the hands of the post office. If your tracking is displaying "not found" for more than 5 days since you received the shipment confirmation, please send us an email.
