If your order is shipped via FedEx and arrives damaged, you will need to contact FedEx immediately to file a damage claim. This must be done within 21 days, otherwise FedEx will no longer accept a claim.
Once filed, please contact us with your claim number as soon as possible so we can forward the claim details to FedEx Japan. We also need photos of the shipping box and the bubblewrap inside, so please make sure to include these in your email to us.
